Participants may cancel anytime but must do so before the first of the month to prevent the
next monthly draft. Automatic drafts will be cancelled once the class is dropped but
participants will not be reimbursed for the current month’s classes. The $30 registration fee is
non-refundable.

Payments for classes are automatically drafted at the first of the month for
the entire month. Participants will not be reimbursed for missed classes unless there is an
emergency that prevents the student from attending more than 2 classes in a month. These
situations will be determined by the director, Lauren Cochran. lauren@newhopechurchtn.org
Students may make up a missed class but will have to arrange this with the instructor and will
be at the desecration of the instructor’s availability.

If a class is cancelled by the instructor, then the instructor
must offer a make-up class.

Create Hope Studios closes during inclement weather such as snow, ice, and tornados. Weather
closures will be communicated by the instructor, email, and on the CHS Facebook page. We do
not reimburse for weather closure unless 2 or more classes are cancelled.
